Shop in Le Mill store, Mumbai with SVP Jewellery.

I have been a fan of this store since it opened in 2011 in a former rice mill. At the time there really was nothing like this in Mumbai, Le Mill was Mumbai's first real concept store that gave customers a cool European and Indian offering.
In 2015 the store moved to it's current location down in Colaba just above Indigo Delhi, a fashionable stone's throw from the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel, the gateway to India and the Royal Bombay Yacht Club.
The store's ethos is Eyes on Paris. Heart In Mumbai. You'll find a carefully edited mix of international designers such as Celine, Isabel Marant, Saint Laurent, Ulla Johnson, mixed with cool Indian designers such as my current favourite D'ascoli.
The offering goes way beyond fashion with amazing ceramics by the brilliant Claymen and the most beautiful crockery, curated in a way that makes you want to buy it all. Jewellery by the famous Gem Palace, perfume by the Bombay Perfumerie
Le Mill is owned by Cecilia Morelli and Julie Leymarie. Cecilia, a former buyer for Bergdorf Goodman and she also helped launch titles such as Vogue and GQ for Conde Nast. Julie Leymarie worked for L'Oreal for nine years where she headed the marketing division of Ralph Lauren , Diesel and Kiehl’s in India.
